MORE ABOUT THE HULKS PROGRAM!

HULKS is more than just a great soccer program. First and foremost, HULKS is a child development program that focuses on helping children build physical and mental skills that will help them be successful on and off the soccer field along with having lots of fun!!!

The 6 week HULKS program focuses on individual skill, fitness, sportsmanship and team interaction. HULKS program is designed for children (both boys and girls) Ages 3 - 10.

3-4 year-old program:

This program serves as a fun introduction to the game of soccer for three and four year olds. Children will practice beginning ball skills and get comfortable out on the field. 

5-6 year old program:

This program is designed for children who have not played a lot of soccer before or who respond to a fun and an encouraging low-key environment. Focus of this program is to teach basic soccer drills such as kicking, dribbling, passing, scoring and mostly to have fun with a ball at their feet. This program balances the use of fun games and technical drills with non-competitive scrimmaging every week.

7-10 year -old program:

This program is designed for Seven and Eight year=-olds who have little or moderate experience playing soccer. This program focuses on developing muscle memory by teaching the players a new fundamental soccer skill each week while providing them with the opportunity to practice those skills in non-competitive scrimmages. The main goal of this program is to develop individual skills along with teaching the rules of soccer while having fun!

Hudson United Soccer Club is one of the largest clubs in the New Hampshire Soccer League, with 10+ teams year after year. The HULKS program will be run under the supervision of the HUSC board members, coaches and occasionally some current players for demonstration and team building activities.
